”Clean room”

”The pool was closed and the iron didn't work were the only issues I encountered.”

”This is a wonderful hotel! It’s clean and tidy and the beds and pillows are very comfortable! Staff is very nice and helpful! Only downside is it doesn’t have a great breakfast, just danishes and microwave sandwiches or cereal but I stay here a lot and will continue staying here every time I’m near Berne!”

”One word; disgusting. Mold, smoke smell, burn holes, unsafe area…. We were in and out in 10 minutes after 2 units were both uninhabitable. Run, don’t walk, anywhere else. They couldn’t pay me to stay there.”

”I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.”

”The part of the sheer that sits right above the ac/heater when covering the entire window was moldy in the folds. The bath tub drain would not stay open, so the tub filled up with dirty, soapy water from showering. This made the surface of the bathtub VERY slippery while trying to finish showering, and getting out. Just about as slippery as the tile in the bathroom/sink area when it is wet. There apparently was a party in the larking lot we missed out on. They left a cooler, an empty beer box, a...

”Hotel slightly run down . Shower had mold and water damage showing. Beds are very high and hard for a short person to get in to. Coffee is now ground and brewed upon request in dining area and was good.”

”Staff were nice but the place was not clean and it was run down. I would absolutely spend a little more and stay elsewhere.”

”Reserved a King room. Was told at checking none available due to renovations and was offered free breakfast vouchers. Rooms are in fairly bad condition. For how new-ish this hotel is, it has not been upkept. ”

”Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly - commode had ring around the water line; floor and bottom of commode dirty. Furniture not dusted. Young lady behind desk at time of check-in did not check ID (never had that happen; thought it was standard procedure); seemed pre-occupied with other things. Breakfast was good and coffee was great.”
