”Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean. The breakfast however..didnt look appealing. We came down for breakfast at 8am and the eggs and patatoes were dried out and looked like they were sitting for quite a few hours and there weren't hardly any left in the trays as well. The rest of the breakfast items were good to go. Still give 5 stars for the fact that the room was amazing. ”

”Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc for breakfast was a nice change from meat and eggs. Hotel was very clean and staff were nice. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. Rooms could use a microwave.”

”Breakfast was first come first serve. Started at 7am, got to the lobby by 8am and Breakfast was done. No hot water for shower. Property is ghetto. ”

”Staff was unable to get room cleaned, the sheets were changed once during our 7 day stay. Staff had two answers: 1) The sheets are changed every three days-Lie. 2) Staff said they were short handed- unverifiable. The trash in room was never removed. Had to request towels every day!!! Left a large pile of towels in bathroom due to lack of cleaning crew! I want a refund!”

”This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room...
