”By far, my favorite place I've stayed in Fredericksburg. If I were to tweak one thing, it would be breakfast. Just a bit on the simple side. But for the location its perfect. The staff was amazing. And the room, well it made my wife cry when she opened the door. Highly recommend.”

”We enjoyed our stay at Peach Tree. The room was clean and comfortable, although it could use some updating. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the pool was kept at a perfect temperature. We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but the location was great—close to downtown and easy to get around. The property has a cute setup and a welcoming atmosphere. We’d stay again.”

”The complimentary breakfast was very good and the swimming pool looked great. The downside to this hotel is check in was chaotic, my bed was as hard as a rock and the bathroom floor wasn't clean. There were also no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom.”

”I would not recommend staying here. Property itself has nice exterior appearance but once you get in you see the truth. I bet this place was a lot nicer when it first started being rented out. Sofa had very questionable stains, a check in book had some very vulgar things written in it, bed sheets on both beds had not been changed for some time, lots of hair, fuzz, and even dead bugs between the sheets. Place is supposedly strict on parking and there are only 3 designated spots, and another guest...
