”We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. ”Fully equipped kitchen which great especially when you have picky eaters and need to heat up food. Laundry room which was great having 4 kids. Tons of space ”

”Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. ”

”The facilities offered were great and provided what we needed for our stay. The only issues we had were the overgrown bushes out front prevented us from having visibility to oncoming traffic as we left the driveway. Also, there is a very large tree in the front yard and the limbs/branches extend down to where they will hit your vehicle depending on how large of a vehicle you have. ”
