Cutlery is only minimal - mugs and teaspoons, so not convenient to have meals delivered. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is good fr one night or several.”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

Handy to the University & Mater Hospital, a very reasonable distance to shopping malls.
