”Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn”

I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. The side door (where we were told to park as it was closest to our room) had an electronic key lock for security, but it was propped open and didn't close properly when I...

”The hotel was overpriced for how dingy it was. There was nothing fresh at breakfast. I would not stay there again.”

”The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. I would never stay here again.”
