Fantastic location within easy walking distance to both downtown and the shops up on the main highway. The bedroom had a TV which I don't have at home but really enjoyed watching at the end of the night. The layout of the apartment worked great with entering in the kitchen and having separation between the living room and bedroom. The furnishings were in good shape and the bathroom was both updated and charming all at once. I didn't have the need to entertain but the living room would lend itself nicely to having folks over for a visit. Also, there is a super convenient laundromat right down the street. I look forward to my next visit!!!

Cute and cozy

Property was clean and had adequate kitchen utensils and supplies. Neighborhood was quiet and was a very relaxing visit. Owner were good with communication and answering our questions. Recommend others to visit the area and stay at this location.

Cozy and Clean

The place is very clean, and it has everything you would need. I didn't know it was an upper until the host reached out to me with the details, which was after I had paid for the rental. It did have a musty odor when I first got there, but I didn't notice it as much after I had been there a bit. Everything was convenient, close to Downtown Negaunee. 12 minutes away from Marquette. The Wi-Fi worked great for me, the TV was a little difficult as I had never used Apple products before. But I finally got it, Lol Overall, it was worth the price and I would probably rent the place again if needed. I was there for a family wedding.

Negaunee

Apartment was nice and bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was a stove and refrigerator in the apartment but no table to eat at. Hallway uptairs has very old carpet that is dirty and stained and wallpaper is peeling off the wall. The home needs some T.L.C. I must say I was a little disappointed in this property.

NMU freshman drop off

We brought our daughter up to NMU for move in weekend as a freshman. Place was nice and clean and had plenty of dishes and pans to cook the food we brought. Very cozy and neighborhood was nice. Close enough to run back from Marquette for a few lunches and dinners as we were on a tight budget. Would recommend for a small family or couple wanting a reasonably priced stay to check out the area or visit their NMU student. More than likely will use in the future.

Nice

It is a small little apartment perfect for 2 guests. The host is very quick with communication and this property is basicly walking distance to everything in negaunee. That being said its negaunee not the beach or anything fancy so the apartment fits right in. Is it a little outdated? Yes. Its clean and safe though, and came with everything you need including water and coffee.

Great little place

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family in the area. It's a great little place, has been updated nicely, & is fully stocked. Kitchen is tiny but functional, neighborhood is great and is conveniently located near all kinds of good stuff. Deanna was super fast with all communication, all around a great stay.
