Tervetuloa Watermarq 1: een, joka on Watermarq-osakehuoneiston ensimmÀisen kerroksen huoneisto Lakeshore-bulevardin ja Spring Street -kadun kulmassa. Historiallinen rakennus herÀtti henkiin vuonna 2007, kun se kunnostettiin kolmeksi kerrostaloksi (yksi jokaisessa kerroksessa, vain ensimmÀinen kerros on vuokrattavissa). Kaikista on upeat nÀkymÀt Marquette'n keskustan alasatamaan. Huoneistosta on nÀkymÀt Alasatamaan makuuhuoneesta, olohuoneesta ja ruokailutilasta. Olet kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ kaikesta Marquette'n keskustan tarjonnasta, mukaan lukien Ellwood Mattson Park, ravintolat, baarit, pyörÀtie, lastenmuseo, Peter White Public Library, ranta, muuri jne. TÀmÀ huoneisto sijaitsee ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa. Asut huoneistoon suurelle mudroom-alueelta, joka aukeaa valtavaksi suureksi huoneeksi, joka sisÀltÀÀ olohuoneen, jossa on poikkipinta ja TV, erillisestÀ oleskelualueesta, jossa on kuningatar vuodesohva ja kaksi klubituolia, jotka sopivat tÀydellisesti pieneen kiinniotteluun tai perhepeleihin, ruokailutila, johon mahtuu 8 mukavasti, ja gourmet-keittiö, jossa on 4 istuinta saarella. SiellÀ on myös kolme makuuhuonetta, jotka avautuvat pÀÀtilasta, ja kaksi tÀyttÀ kylpyÀ. SisÀltÀÀ master-sviitin, jossa on makuuhuone, kylpyhuone, jossa valtava suihkulla marmorinen suihku, poreallas ja vaatehuone (mikÀ myös toimii erinomaisesti ylimÀÀrÀisenÀ huoneena pak-n-play -huoneen jollekin). Keittiön toisessa pÀÀssÀ on Queen-vierasviitti, jossa on makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi. VastapÀÀtÀ kuningatar-sviittiÀ on toinen iso makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode, tÀysikokoinen sÀnky ja suuri kÀvelymatka vaatekaappiin ja pesula-alueelle.

Huoneistossa on tietysti myös WiFi, kaapeli, neljÀn polttimen kaasuliesi ruoanlaittoon, viehÀttÀvÀ esiportaasi istuakseen ulkona ja nauttiaksesi nÀkymistÀ, yhden auton autotalli pysÀköintiin ja kaikkien varusteiden sÀilyttÀmiseen sekÀ ylimÀÀrÀinen paikan pÀÀllÀ oleva pysÀköintialue yhtÀ hyvin. LisÀvarasto on tarvittaessa kellarissa (johon pÀÀsee hissillÀ).

Lower harbor view

We were very impressed with this property. Great downtown location, harbor view and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping. We were especially impressed with the in floor heating which kept things quite comfortable even with the high ceilings. We definitely will book next time we are in town!

Fantastic UP stay!

Got to stay at this wonderful condo with my family, all in all there were 8 of us. We could not have been in a more perfect location. Had a beautiful view of the ore dock and lake across the street (sunrise and sunset were amazing and perfectly visible right out the huge front windows!!), and were within walking distance of most things we wanted to do in town. The condo itself was awesome, clean, and well equipped with more than we could ever need. The heated floors were a wonderful amenity and the couch was suuuper comfortable.

Visiting my Wildcat

My daughter and I stayed at this downtown condominium for a long weekend. She is a senior at NMU and I have visited her every fall since her freshman year. This is by far the best place we have stayed in. The location is perfect. I could hop right on the trail to run along Lake Superior in the morning and we easily walked all around the downtown area to shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious, very clean and well-stocked. Check in was easy and with convenient parking which isn't always the case when staying in this area. The owner communicated effectively and even reached out to let me know the Northern Lights were going to be active the night I arrived. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place to stay in Marquette

This condo was perfect for my family's trip to Marquette - spacious and well equipped and stocked. The location was also stellar and convenient and I would most certainly rent again when returning to Marquette! The only minor drawback was that the beautiful large windows pictured in the photos did not all have drapes installed and the unit is on the ground floor on a somewhat busy street so privacy felt lacking, especially at night.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Loved the high ceilings and overall furnishings and decor. Great for a family trip. Games and toys for young kids was a plus. Location is amazing, view of the lake and old ore dock, walkable to everywhere in the downtown area, great parking onsite. Would definitely stay here and and recommend it.

Location! Location! Location!

This property was exceptional! It fit three families with children very comfortably and everyone had their own space. The host was fabulous with communication and stocking requested items (age appropriate toys for child). The location is withing walking distance to everything you'd like to see in Marquette: beaches, dining, craft breweries, shopping and walking trails. We walked to Presque Isle one morning (a bit over 8 miles round trip). While the weather can be unpredictable in Marquette, we had beautiful weather with only two days of rain-which cleared out in the afternoon. Only recommendation is a deep clean. The air vents in the master bathroom need attention and dust/cobwebs in several of the decor pieces. Definitely not a deal breaker. I am sure with the amount of renters, it is challenging to have enough time to attend to things like that with a one day turn over. Would highly recommend this condo! We hope to return next summer.

Great stay in Marquette

This condo was the perfect launching pad for our Marquette adventures. The location is walking distance from everything downtown Marquette has to offer plus a short drive from many other attractions. The hosts were very responsive to a few questions that came up during our stay including speedy delivery of extra batteries for the remote for the motorized window shades. The condo is as shown in the pictures and was perfect for our group of 7. The kitchen is beautifully equipped for a rental and we were easily able to enjoy a few basic meals at home. We will definitely stay again sometime when we are back in Marquette!

Just Perfection

We’ve stayed in several Marquette properties and saved the best for last! This is the best location in town and if it rains you can cozy up to the fireplace and still watch the Ore Dock and lake through the large windows. It was so awesome to celebrate graduation with family in this peaceful, well appointed spot. Don’t hesitate book it!

Family weekend

We were blown away as we walked in the door. The view is stunning. The condo is a spacious industrial chic space that is so inviting. Shops, dining and coffeehouses are all within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is filled with everything you need. We will back!

Perfect Property For Family

Perfect place to celebrate our daughter's NMU graduation with family. A beautiful space where some can play scrabble, others can watch football, and some can go for a walk. It was spacious, well supplied, cozy and just perfect!

Beautiful Location

This is our third year in a row of staying in this great place. We love everything about this condo. The location is perfect and within walking distance to several restaurants / bars and shopping. The views are incredible. We love staying here!

Fantastic!

This condo is everything it claims to be and more! Beautiful property with plenty of room. Perfect location for us, nearly everything within walking distance, and amazing sunrises. Brooke was a great host, check-in and out were easy, and she was very responsive to questions. Great experience. We hope to rent this condo again soon!
