Tout etait correct..seul point d'attention : l'hôtel exige un checkout (libérer la chambre) à midi (ce qui est normal)...et de quitter l'hôtel à 15h max (ou bien rester uniquement à la réception)!! une flexibilité pour quitter l'hôtel après 15h (avec utilisation de tous les services de l'hôtel...hors chambre bien-sûr) serait très appréciée par les clients... comme c'est le cas pour les autres hôtels de Marrakech (Riu, iberostar, Kenzi Agdal ...)

Lovely place to stay. Food options were varied but lots of repetition. Some parts of the room need some work but on the whole a very nice place. Easy to get into the main town a bus service just outside the hotel. Some staff unsure of how the transport system worked

The hotel is very nice we had a good time. The pools are very clean and well maintained along with the hotel. The food is hit and miss depends what you like unfortantly the Italian resturant was open. The room we were in was a little dated the patio window didnt lock properly and kne of the bed side plugs didnt work which was annoying but thankfully i had a long enough extension cable with me. There is tea and coffee in the rooms but no milk you will need to get this from the cafe on site. Overall it was a plesant stay and we had a relaxing break. If you have kids its great as the water park looks amazing

Lovely staff, great with kids. Water park would have been great but we didnt get the weather. The food was okay/good but it could definatley get repetative.

Dans l'ensemble tout s'est plus ou moins bien passé, les repas sont très bon et variés, le personnel est très accueillants et il y a beaucoup d'animations (pour les enfants, adultes, familles). Pas le temps de s'ennuyer avec tous les toboggans les enfants étaient ravis.

Nous avons passés un superbe séjours en famille du 1 au 6 février, nourriture de qualités, propreté ok , le personnels de l'hôtel est au petit soin en passant par les 2 photographes, les femmes de ménage, cuisiniers, l'equipes d'animation Momo , oussama, ismail, Hala et haya......mes enfants y ont passé leurs meilleures vacances grace a eux. We arrived 10:30 PM from the airport starving and thirsthy We were told there was nothing to eat as the retaurant was close, and when we got the room there was not even water bottles to make milk for the baby. we only speak english, spanish and portuguese, so asking for delivery food was not an option. Not all inclusive at all, there was a separated snack bar that sells all what i was expecting to be free. Juices and cheap beer was served on through out the day on the island, however no variaty what so ever. If you were hungry outside eating hours or went to town and got to hotel too late, you would starve till the other day. Overwall i wouldnt recommend this hotel for english speakers only, i guess would be fine if we could order food , however they did not have room service either.

Das Hotel war super, das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat sind die Zeiten des Wasserparks und vom Indoor-Pool. Die Zeiten sind nur von 10-17 Uhr wobei hier auch öfter später geöffnet und früher geschlossen wurde. Das Personal ist extrem Kinderfreundlich, zuvorkommend man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist hervorragend geschmacklich sowie die Qualität ist super. Wir würden in das Hotel immer wieder gehen ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Auch in die Stadt sind es nur 25 min mit dem Taxi also auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt.

This property is great for summer fun with so many pools unfortunately for the off-season, most of the amenities were out of order or under construction. The gym was flooded and not available at all.

PROS: Entertainment Team was fantastic and arranged for Nightclub to be opened one night (out of season). Waiters at main restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Lots of pools to choose from CONS (shortened due to word count): Reception staff were rude and liars. We were not allowed to speak to Manager. 1) On check-in we were charged a resort fee although that was not detailed on our booking but we paid anyway. 2) Night before check-out we asked the only person on reception for late checkout and they said yes until 3pm at no charge. On checking out, were informed that there was a charge and person that said we could have was not authorised to give free late checkout. We asked to speak to manager but were told they were not onsite, reception said they spoke to manager but when they said they were calling, they just went to back and did not call (one person was watching them) and told they said we must pay. We were told the person meant we could use the facilities until 3pm, not stay in our room – that was absolutely not the case and another customer confirmed they had been told the same. Weren’t allowed to speak to Manager and basically held hostage as hotel security was told not to allow us to leave until we paid so we had no choice or miss our flight waiting for the elusive manager to turn up. Can’t believe a late checkout could be misunderstood – would have kept 1 room instead if they had been honest about charge. Truely believe it’s a money making scam.

Bonsoir Aqua fun 😁 je viens tout juste de décoller de l’hôtel que je suis déjà entrain d’écrire un commentaire Déjà merci pour se merveilleux séjour hôtel d’une excellente propreté L’accueil de l’entrée jusqu’au service de chambre d’une grande politesse Touts le personnel était à l’écoute au moindre petite demande Un hôtel idéale pour les famille mais pas seulement Même pour les jeune couple qui veulent avoir un peux de sensation et du repos deux en un Vous avait plusieurs ambiance dans le même hôtel Animation au top pour l’es grand et les petit Pour le repas excellent les tagine je me suis vraiment senti au Maroc et les msemens préparer devant nous le matin bien chaud 😋 Un grand merci au directeur pour son accueil toujours ou petit soin prend de son temp pour rigoler avec les enfants c’est vraiment agréable Merci merci à bientôt Abir
