I stayed at BoHo 27 during my visit to Marrakech and had a very positive experience overall. While it’s not a luxury property, the customer service was exceptional — easily 10/10. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
They arranged airport pickup and drop-off for €15 each way, which made arriving and leaving the Medina much easier. I was also able to store my bags while I went on a Sahara desert excursion, which I conveniently booked through the hostel.
The location is great — tucked down a small alley in the Medina but still close to everything. The rooftop area was a nice place to relax, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with fresh bread, eggs, fruit, juice, and tea.
I visited during Ramadan, and the staff even invited me to join them when they were breaking their fast, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Note that the city tax is collected in cash upon arrival, which is common in Morocco.
As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable staying here and appreciated how helpful the staff was with transportation and excursions. Also, there’s a very cute resident cat who hangs around the property.
