The perfect place where to spend an unforgettable holiday with the family and the children, Villa Delizia is located in the exclusive Royal Palm Domaine, close to Marrakech.
With a fantastic view on the Golf Course and the Atlas mountains, the property is surrounded by a a magnificent grass garden, about 1 hectar, with a large swimming pool 20 meters long, it can be cover and heated in the winter season, a second shallow pool close the house, a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas and a dining area with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dinners all together. There is also a private tennis court, a massage and hammam room.

Moving inside the villa is really bright and airy, thanks to the big glass windows, from where is possible to admire the spaces outside, the style is Morroccan- minimalist, with warm colors, that make the atmosphere really relaxing, there is a living room with sofas and the fireplace, a dining room with table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen with a storage room.
Is also available a tv and play room, ideal for children, they will enjoy also the outdoor area with the trampoline and a filtered shallow pool (it can be fenced), ping pong table, football table.
Villa Delizia has also a pavilion ,which consists of a living room overlooking the pool, two bedroom, and hammam area and a shower room.

Villa Delizia can accommodate 14 person in 7 beautiful and spacious bedrooms,all with en suite bathroom and the air conditioning, 4 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has a bunk beds, and the last two bedrooms, located in the Pavilion have a double bed.

The house staff will be at disposal, to make your holiday perfect and relaxed, they will take care of the cleaning of the house, the cooking, with traditional Morrocan meals, and to buy the food. Is also included the breakfast service (every morning 07.30 – 09.30), please note that the staff will take a break 15.00-17.00 and they will finish the service at 22.00
