Other Things to Note:

The rental price communicated includes accommodation for exclusive use and the included services mentioned below. This price includes a VAT of 10%. It does not include the municipal tourist tax of €2.5 per night and per person and the tourist promotion tax of €1 per night and per person. These taxes are fully paid to the Municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourist Office. The price does not include extras and usual tips to staff.



Extra services:

Meals, drinks (excluding wines and spirits), airport transfers, car with driver, hammam heating (€50 per day), sauna heating (€25 per day), massages and treatments, activities and excursions, usual tips for staff. Credit cards and cash accepted.



For meals:



Freedom Option: you compose your menus and manage your shopping (car required).

You pay a flat rate of €5 per day and per person for the provision of staff for the preparation and service of meals.



Service Option: You compose your menus. We manage the shopping for you. You pay:

- Cash register receipts,

- A flat rate of €15 per day for the management of shopping and fuel costs,

- A flat rate of €5 per day and per person for the provision of staff for the preparation and service of meals



Gourmet Option:

Our chef Fatima makes exceptional traditional Moroccan cuisine.

The choice of the formula is flexible from one day to the next depending on your program.

We can of course adapt to special menus: vegetarian, gluten-free...



We do not sell wines and spirits but you can buy or have yours delivered and consume them at the villa without corkage fee.

-Lunch: from 12pm to 2pm

-Dinner: from 7pm to 10pm



Party evening:

We can organize a birthday party with a gala meal and traditional entertainment:



Traditional party meal (€35 per adult excluding drinks). 50% reduction for children under 12.

or

Option of grilled lamb spit roast for all guests (15 people): between €400 and €500 depending on the weight. There is often some left for the next day at noon :)



Entertainment: (musicians, traditional, belly dancers, and fire-eater): €500 for the evening. It is possible to do without the fire eater (price to be confirmed)
