Riadit – Marrakech

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"

"We spent a few nights in Andallaspa as we travelled to Atlas mountains. This hotel was very nice and gave a good value for money. Junior suites were clean and spacious, and how lovely it is to enjoy a decent breakfast on the rooftop. Hotel also provides massages and they were heaven. Location is very good too: inside the old town and close to action but the street is very quiet and you don’t hear the city inside the hotel. The only downside were the thin walls inside the hotel. Best thing here is the staff, you really feel anything is possible."

"Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan. "

"Awesome location (and riad)! About 25 meters to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, around which you will find all the necessary places to eat and shop (souks). Beautifully restored riad and excellent customer service. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and it varied every morning. Highly recommeded their transfer service from airport."

"Highly Recommend! A beautiful riad with truly exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The dinner is excellent, and the cooking class with their amazing chef is an absolute must. It's a fantastic experience that lets you dive into local flavors and culinary traditions. As with all old riads, light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, as sound insulation isn’t up to modern standards. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a charming atmosphere and top-notch hospitality!"

"Hotel was excellent and especially the service provided by the staff was top tier. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Food and drinks were okay, just A small improvement as we were all inclusive that breakfast starting at 7:30 AM is A bit late as we were travelling with a baby that wakes up early. Room should have A kettle for coffee and to help make baby food."

"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."

"Traveling alone, my stay at Hotel Safia (15.9.-22.9.24)was more than perfect. The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday and the staff at the reception was very helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast was simple continental, but enough to start the day. Also breakfast was served with a smile. The location was good for me because I could choose myself when to be in the middle of more happening, you could for ex take a local bus direct to Jemaa el Fnaa (15min) or safely walk 2,5km to Jardin Majorelle.
