”We had the most wonderful stay in Manoir de Maucartier for 4 nights. The location is beautiful and very tranquil. Pascal was the perfect host! We were welcomed with fresh rose petals on our bed (honeymoon trip) and were surprised with fresh crepes for breakfast one morning, plus our laundry cleaned & pressed. Thank you Pascal for being a wonderful host!!!”

”This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! ”

”Very high quality of fixtures and fittings in a splendid barn conversion - absolutely delightful! The location is splendid, surrounded by vineyards which you can walk around, and a delightful garden. Very handy for exploration of the Loire Valley, its towns and chateaux, and of course wineries. ”Place was excellent, great for a cycling trip with work mates. Slight issue when we turned up, but Giles sorted out straight away. Place was great five stars all over. The only thing that was annoying was the flies. Thousands of them. We went out and bought about ten fly strips which when we put up had hundreds of flies on them. Rooms were excellent, massive fire place which was great. Hot water always there and a great swimming pool. It was a bit damp and musky in the downstairs bedrooms....

”We have had such a wonderful stay in this cosy and well equipped cabin. Although it's small everything you could possibly need was there. It was super clean and comfortable and set in the most beautiful garden. The bathroom/shower were excellent and the bed felt very snug behind its curtains. The air-conditioning was also much appreciated. We were able to walk easily into Amboise in around 10 minutes. The vires for he deck is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the peaceful...
