”Great hotel. Great location.”

”Stay here! What a fun, unique and thoughtfully constructed bed and breakfast. In the heart of downtown Provo it is a great place to make your home base. Comfortable king bed with a room and house full of quirky and fun discoveries. Continental breakfast works well and was always out in the kitchen. Ideal for couples or single travelers.”

”The beds and pillows were terrible, reminiscent of Motel 6 or college dorm beds—hard and flat. The pillows were even worse, likely filled with old stuffed animal stuffing, creating uncomfortable lumps. We had to request six extra blankets due to the minimal bedding provided. The TV was unusable, split between the bed and couch due to its placement facing a divider. The bathrooms were the most amusing. The shower and toilet areas were separate, so no quick pee before showering. The shower...

”Perfect location near BYU”

”On the ceiling it looked like something sprayed up on it like blood or something gross makes me question the cleanliness of the room”

”Our room was completely disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, empty beer bottles in the hallway, and we’re not sure what was in the bathtub and bathroom floor. When we left the property and asked for a refund, the front desk staff told us to go through Expedia and that the hotel would issue the refund. The hotel later denied the refund. The price might be cheaper than other hotels in the area, but not worth it!!”

”It was the most worn down place I have ever seen. I was afraid t o touch any thing and the ceiling was about to burst with water the entire bathroom ceiling . I can not believe I t s running. It needs to be torn down ans rebuilt its probably giving provo at an all time high... I guess if u ou want to be in hotel that looks like a horror book , 1⁰”

”Beautiful property! Wish I could have stayed longer”

”The staff was friendly and easy to work with. My room was perfect! I can’t wait to stay here again”

”Absolutely the best property that is privately owned that I have stayed at in the United States.”

”Awful service never experienced such disgust with Marriott specifically front desk employee Manu (((( rude, unprofessional, no class, no ethics or basic knowledge of how to represent Mariott. Every single small question , or need was answered with nasty attitude, rudeness and unprofessional attitude. 4 of the families staying with us were treated same way and I complained to her manager but not sure if she was taken care of. She ruined our stay as somehow she was almost every day working there.”

”They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor. They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison.”

”Clean and beautiful hotel”
