”The staff were quite nice. The room had a couple issues. The shower head had been replaced, but the coupling did not fit properly into the holder, causing it to fall or to be quite difficult to position towards the person in the shower. The toilet seat and lid were also not secured properly. The bed was quite firm, which is typical of European mattresses, but uncomfortable for me, nonetheless. ”
