”beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”

If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”
