Accommodation:
In a residence with an elevator, the apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks, a storage room, and a large terrace overlooking the Capucins beaches. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and each bedroom has wall-mounted fans attached to the ceiling.

On the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms, each with two 90 x 190 cm single beds pushed together (making a 180 cm double bed) and several storage options.

In the bathroom, you will find a large double sink, a heated towel rail, and a bathtub.

The living room features two sofas and a television with a DVD and cassette player, perfect for little ones!

The terrace has a dining table, so you can enjoy a delicious meal with a breathtaking view of Capucins Beach.

Parking:
The apartment has a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is fully enclosed by a coded gate and an electric gate.

Amenities:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good range of appliances, so you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning in the living room.

The surroundings:
Capucins Beach is a pretty beach located right next to the small Capucins port. Made of sand and gravel, Capucins Beach has all the amenities: first aid station, restrooms, and a children's playground.

A sandy playground has been created, and nearby restaurants make it a safe and pleasant family beach.

And like all the beaches in La Ciotat, it offers stunning scenery between the famous Bec de l'Aigle and the enchanting bay.

Bed linen and bath towels:
Optional upon request (€20 for a single bed kit / €25 for a double bed kit and €15 for towels (one large and one small per person).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required upon key collection. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
