Cocoonr Agency offers you La Piazzetta, a beautiful 60 m2 apartment with terrace, located in a quiet street near Place Castellane and the neighborhoods of the Plaine and Cours julien. Completely renovated in 2023, it offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and a large sunny terrace.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

Composition of the apartment:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a classic Marseilles building, the famous Marseilles 3 windows. You will be seduced by its calm and its luminosity. When you enter the apartment you will find on your right the shower room. You will then reach the living room and its dining room. On the right you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with access from the living room or the kitchen.
Entering on the left you will find the night corner and its 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Welcome coffee capsules offered...

The Cocoonr service :

You will be welcomed on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr Marseille agency who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

- The Saint Charles train station is 20 minutes away by Metro Line 1 without change.
- The airport is accessible via shuttle to the Saint Charles station but we advise you to use cabs or Uber type drivers.
