The house was clean, plenty of space, beautiful views of the farm land, close to restaurants and some shopping, conveniently located near Starved Rock & Matthieson State Parks, and the communication with the homeowner was exceptional! Be sure to stop at Jamie's Outpost for a drink (Roadhouse vibe). The food at Canal Port is amazing and it's located in such a cute area with lots of other places to visit in Utica. ”

”The home is beautiful, with expert attention to detail. The bed linens seemed chosen specifically for each room. The views were especially delightful, day and night. We were lucky to have a 3/4 moon over the Fox River, a fire in the fire pit, and morning coffee on the deck. I would recommend this home for any event. Spacious, comfortable, and near fun things to do, such as kayaking on the Fox River.”

”This house was very nice. The pool area was the biggest hit for the family. Love the size of pool, the easy in and easy out in the shallow end. There are plenty pool toys and towels supplied. Hot tub was very relaxing. Kitchen and bathrooms have plenty of supplies. ”
