Great place to stay at, especially a bigger group of friends and family. Plenty of space, plenty of beds, full kitchen stocked with most cookware. They even left us some food and condements/seasonings. Bathrooms have typical accomadations like a hotel such as soap, shampoos, tooth brushes/toothpaste. Feels like your staying at a relatives house, not just some rental property. Very homey. Will definitely be back again. Would highly recomment this place. Location was great too, not too far from marshall but far enough away to have privacy. Its a great place.

This property is AMAZING! Everything was fantastic and the host was very responsive and communicative. I will definitely look at staying here again if we're in the Marshall area. The home had everything you could need and then some! I've never stayed at a place that was so accommodating. The kitchen was amazing and the host even had food available for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything was very clean and it was an overall fantastic stay with everything you need.

The stay was exactly what we were looking for… a site that would accommodate 3-4 families in Marshall for a wedding at a nearby facility! Site was exceptionally clean provided what we needed! Host was extremely accommodating and checkin was a breeze! One of grandkids loves to swing so huge tree swing in back yard was a big hit… would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Beautiful, well maintained property. Very thoughtfully decorated and supplied.Very roomie for a group of 8-10 people. Convient location to stay at if attending an event at Five star family ranch just 3 miles down the road. Definetly would stay there again if in area.

Awesome place in the country!!!

This place was amazing and so was Lori!!! We had a couple with us that owns their own rental in the Hills of South Dakota and they were so impressed with place and everything that was provided. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to family and friends. This was my first time staying in a VRBO and she has definitely set the bar. Thanks for everything!!

One of the best VRBO's

Our group was made up of 4 couples in town for a wedding. Check in was simple. The groceries provided by hosts were a pleasant surprise. The house has all the comforts of home. Bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas indoor and outside were perfect! Felt completely at home. Thank you so much!! If we are ever I. We have stayed in many VRBO and ARBNB and I can say this is one of top. Rooms and beds great and good configuration. We liked the space indoors and outside with things to keep our little kids busy and adults. Wed certainly stay again!!

Weekend memorial get together for hunting. The whole group couldn't believe how clean and nice the house was. Decorated nice, great furniture, couches and beds which made our stay GREAT!

Cozy stay with lots of little extras

We really enjoyed our time at the farm house! When we struggled to open the garage the hosts were out quickly to help out and give a quick tour. They were so nice and kind. The house itself was lovely and large. There were so many extras (like eggs and bacon for breakfast!) that just gave it the extra homey touch. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay again!

Little piece of Heaven

LOVED this stay while we were in Marshall for the MSF state baseball tournament. The house was clean and the perfect set up for our family of four. Love that gatherings are allowed as well since this was our last tournament, it was fun to have the team over for a grill out after our last game. I would definitely come stay here again, even if it's just to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet on the back deck. LOVED every minute of our stay. THANK YOU LORI!
