”The host was available for questions and concerns. The size and space of the home was great for our group. However, the home needs a deep clean and several updates/repairs. The dining room chairs were very dirty and felt a little unstable. A few of the mattresses were sunken in the middle. We all thought the water smelled a little metallic and the home could benefit from water filters. The towels smelled very musty and old. ”

”This is just the coolest property!!! The location was absolutely stunning, with the expansive front porch overlooking Marshall & the French Broad River. Perfect for families or a group of friends that want individual bedrooms AND communal, shared spaces. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness & stocked with all the kitchen items you can wish for. Very cool historic building. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much, Lindy! Your place is 1 of a kind.”

”Everything about the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The shower was pretty slick which caused my Mom to fall, so be careful with that. The breakfast was really good. The REALLy big problem was the reservation I had through Expedia was not actually booked, so I had no room when I got there at 11:30 PM. Luckily, they had 1 room left and we were able to book that room for the night.”

”It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left.
There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...
