”Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.”

”Loud guests on the floor upstairs kept us up at night. Had to call staff to deal with them. Breakfast was subpar.”

”Great stay! The frittata at breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast. Best part about the stay, though, was Michael at the front desk! He was very helpful when we had a few questions about area restaurants and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.”

”The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.”

”Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above.”

”Booked this in March and in the span of time from then to June the hotel went out of business and was sold at auction. The elevators, wifi, cable, breakfast, pool and hot tub are all shut off, and the staff is short. The gall to a) not notify us and b) pretend that's normal is astounding. Everything is stained, leaking, and in complete disarray. I cannot stress how potent the smell of weed is, even in our room- blasting through the AC. If you're into that it's fine, but I absolutely could not...

”My new favorite hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff, so friendly. Absolutely no complaints.”

”5 days stay for an event. Requested enough towels for the entire stay and was only allowed the number used per day and they weren’t even clean. I had to purchase bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush to clean my own bathroom. The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom.”

”I reserved a King room. Ended up with a King ADA room. The front desk said they were sold out and no other King rooms or others available. Very disappointing.”

”We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work.”
