”Booked through Expedia and paid in full. Hotel charged again for the room. Still waiting for refund and they claim I booked through a company called Webbeds, which is not the case. Awful experience.”

”We needed an ADA compliant room for my husband, who uses a walker & wheelchair. The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect! Wood floors, grab bars around the bathroom and shower and it was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Our accommodations had a large bedroom, a separate living area, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways. The hotel is new. The bar and pool weren't open yet. When they...

”Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. ”

”The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond.”
