”Had not stayed here before. Looks like very recent total update of hotel. Always liked Fairfields. Manager was great & helped find nice restaurant for Sunday dinner. Would definately recommend & would stay here again.”

”Property manager was rude and dismissive when my party and I expressed concerns. He went as far as to state that he does not run a “shiesty business” when he was not accused of such. Will not stay here again. ”

”Only stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. $200 for the night was not worth it. Room smelt musky. Furniture was ripped and taped together. Apparently the hotel has only one luggage cart. I went to lobby to get luggage cart as we were getting ready to check out. I returned to my room and was followed by an employee. She knocked on my door and I said “yes”. She asked if I was checking out. Mind you it was 9:15 am. I responded “in a few minutes”. She then asked if there was anything I...

”Nice and clean hotel. The room was in good condition but the air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast was good with made-to-order omelettes. Unfortunately on Sunday the omelettes weren't available and there weren't any replacement offerings so then the selection was quite poor.”

”We were charged twice for our stay. Reservation was made through Expedia and then our charge card shows we were also charged by the hotel. Hopefully, this is a mistake on the part of the hotel that can be easily resolved. Overall,we enjoyed the hotel.”

”I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look...

”The rooms was disgusting. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The room smelled of urine and cigarettes. The bed spread had stains that looked like human waste on it. We did not stay at the property”

”No breakfast. Very old motel being used to justify immigration status. It does have very bright lights inside and out. Except for the shower the room was comfortable and tidy. I had to buy pillows. Rowdy workers sharing rooms and partying into the night. Water must be shared because it was either scalding or freezing. I stayed because of the price and will never do so again. Stick with the “Chain” style of place. ”
