”Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!”

”Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa splendida villa da sogno. La signora Katia ci ha fatto trovare varie prelibatezze salentine tra cui anche i pasticciotti, dolci deliziosi. La villa si trova in una posizione ottima per poter raggiungere i mari più belli del Salento. La nostra bambina si é divertita un sacco a correre e giocare nel meraviglioso giardino. Consigliatissima!”

The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. ”The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. ”The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

”The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus.
