”I LOVED this place. Overall, I didn't fall in love with Martha's Vineyard, but I LOVED, LOVED LOVED this hotel. The spa was incredible, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable...they had everything I could want. But the STAFF really made the experience over the top. I loved interacting with them. They were helpful, friendly, made excellent recommendations for food. Our room was always clean. If you go to Martha's Vineyard ... Stay HERE!”

”The hotel location is beautiful. The building is well kept and clean. The staff was amazing! We loved our room overall but there were a few minor inconveniences:
1. The shower handle kept getting stuck and was hard to turn off.
2. We went in April and the room got very hot at night. You couldn’t change the room thermostat from hot to cold. So they told us to open the windows, which let a bee inside our room because the windows had no nets. ”

”We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

”The hotel had comfortable rooms in a perfect location with easy access to all the town has to offer. The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided car service within one mile. The breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start the day. We will definitely be back!”
