”I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers...

”The hotel is really nice and the staff at reception was lovely. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately the room we were given (room 118) was right next to the entrance/exit door so we had loud door banging noise the whole night. Even though it is written everywhere that it is quiet time after 10 pm we could still hear customers coming back and talking loudly until 3a.m. On top of that the aircon was making a very loud noise so we had to switch it off at night, not ideal when outside...

”Booked a last minute two night stay at the Hampton Inn in Tarpon Springs. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. You can always count on a good breakfast from the Hampton Inn. The breakfast area was clean and the variety of food was good. I did not use any of the amenities as this was a short visit but would stay here again the next time I come to visit.”

”It was a very clean hotel. The rooms are large. There is only one chair in each room which was strange to me since the rooms are so large and I would think it’s common to have 2 people staying in a room. Since we were Expedia customers they were less flexible about a late check out or early check out and our room was just off lobby so was loud at times. They have laundry which is awesome. Overall our stay was pleasant. The manager was very nice.”
