”The hosts are excellent people, great communicators who want VBRO guests to have an outstanding experience. Chappy is a wonderful retreat from the rest of the world. That is my only word of caution, it requires a ferry to eat out or shop. Otherwise this is a great place to read write meditate beach and let go of everyday worries. It has a higher price tag because your paying for a premium location, guest service experience and higher quality accomodation.”

”Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Clean. We stayed during Christmas and had about 2-3” of snow. Host was prompt and replied early saying they were looking for someone to shovel the walkway (which wasn’t necessary). Would absolutely come back and stay here. Loved it!! Thank you!”

”The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

”Beautiful house and great location! Craig was great to deal with, was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be that it should be noted prior to stay that linens need to be washed. This way one may choose to bring their own linens. Minus that, the trip was wonderful spent in a gorgeous home! Thanks for sharing Craig!!!”
