This SINGLE LEVEL two bedroom (2 KING beds) one bath cabin is a personal favorite of the management company's. It is well decorated, fully equipped and has a Beautiful Lake View from the 10'x30' Totally Enclosed SCREENED porch.

The single level ranch cabin is off a private drive and away from any traffic. Lakefront quiet cozy peacefulness is our by pines take you to Lake Hartwell and your private boat dock with a swim ladder. The dock is always in deep water. Tie up your boat or fish right off the dock. (You may fish anywhere on Lake Hartwell with either a Georgia or South Carolina fishing license).

Convenient to the Tugaloo State Park Fishing Tournament Ramp. Also near Holcomb Access Ramp in Martin, GA this home is on a quiet cove with direct access and a gorgeous view of the lake.

Located about 2 mile from the Bruce Creek Fishing Park and launch ramp.

Bedrooms each have King beds with newer mattresses and the living room has a new full size sleeper sofa.

Very small quaint cottage. It is cozy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The cottage was clean with a good view of the lake. However, the lake is very low. Overall a very nice place to stay for 2 couples.

We enjoyed our stay. While the space is cozy, it was perfect. Nice dock, right on the water. Used the kayak there, did lots of fishing, tho we only caught a couple. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Cabin is a great title. The cabin was clean and cozy with a great view of the water. The kitchen was nice. The screened porch was great. Truly enjoyed our stay here. The dock and river were Amazing and defintely the best part.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is our second time staying at the great property. Perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake. We love being able to get out on our paddle board and fishing kayak! Great screened in porch and clean, comfortable house. Thanks for having us!! We will be back!

Relaxing Long Weekend!!

My daughter and I, plus our two tiny dogs, had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing long weekend. The house is tiny but completely met our needs. The bed and living room furniture are comfy. We had one rainy day, but the roomy screened porch allowed us to enjoy the gentle rain. This is our 2nd stay at this house. We’d love to come back soon!

Quiet lake getaway

Had a nice, relaxing time at this cabin on the lake. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, didn't get a chance to go out on the lake. The screened-in porch was a nice place to play Scrabble. Quiet neighborhood.

Business trip -still living life to the fullest

Had to work , but still was able to Jet ski and explore this part of the lake! Also enjoyed floating around the dock to unwind-Thankful we could bring our dogs- They loved the spacious yard.

Small but Comfy

Older, small, but "lake life" decorated! Porch was really nice for sitting and relaxing. Could have used a couple of small outdoor rockers there. Bedrooms (2), each with king beds were comfy, but could have used better outlet placement - goes with the 60's-ish construction, though. Be prepared for a small but totally okay bathroom/shower.

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, quiet and very clean lakefront property. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch looking out at the cove. Pros: The cabin was very clean, the king size beds were comfortable, the cabin was fully stocked and tastefully decorated. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing, and when not fishing, we were relaxing in the large screened in porch, enjoying the lake view. If you want to get away for a little peaceful enjoyment or some active lake activities, this is the place to be. Cons: (Small problem). The ceiling fan in the screened-in porch was not working which made it difficult to stay out there while the temperatures were in the 90's. We didn't contact the owners, but instead went to Walmart, purchased a box fan, and our problem was solved.
