”First time to Natchez and I’m so glad we chose Choctaw Hall. It was absolutely amazing and made the trip staying in this beautiful home. David and Lee are the most wonderful hosts! Other reviews mentioned this which helped make my choice but absolutely true. They made sure every detail was perfect for your stay. We only stayed one night, which next time I won’t make that mistake lol, so we didn’t have much time there but we definitely enjoyed every minute of our trip. I can’t wait to go back!!! ❤️”

”The location is excellent and the staff polite and welcoming but we found cleanliness needs to be improved. The rugs were not properly vacuumed, there is dust on the corners, dust on furniture, soap scum in the shower floor, light switches had handprints, top of bedboard had black dust as well as the picture frames. I had to wipe all surfaces with Lysol wipes. The shower handle was coming off, there was hot water but very little pressure. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but they start...

”It's an older hotel that has been renovated, so there isn't much in the way of insulating barriers. I happened to have a very noisy upstairs neighbor, but the hotel room itself was very nice.”

”Staff was great! Room was clean, but lots of stains on chairs and floor. One of the reasons we chose the facility, was because of the convenience of the on-site bar/restaurant. Something was wrong in the kitchen, so no food was available. Bartender and cook were very apologetic and gave us veggies and pretzels… Odd that there were lots of feral cats hanging out by the river walk door…”

”I never got to check in. Expedia booked me after hours and still has yet to give me a refund. After a long day at work I was looking for a place to sleep to avoid the adverse weather and ended up losing the lil money I had and borrowing from someone to book a different room at a different place. It was frustrating to say the least. Almost a month later and I'm still waiting on my money. SMH ”
