”Wow, foremost, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown-South has amazing staff! The rooms are clean and well cared for, but the front desk folks in particular have gone above and beyond in anticipating my needs while I've been in town caring for my father who just started hospice this week. ”Room was spotless. The premier suite was extremely large and spacious, with all appliances working. Entire room was completely stocked. The room even had a washer/dryer that we didnt know was in there. Bathroom was very nice and large with the shower and bathroom having its own privacy door. Staff was excellent and very courteous. Highly recommend and will regurn myself.”

”We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football.”

”The staff at the Tower are phenomenal! We had an issue with our AC unit and they had the engineering team there within 10min (at 9pm) to check it out. Unfortunately there was a bigger issue with the systems in that particular room. But they were able to move us to another room within 10 min. We had two tired kids that really appreciated getting to bed on time. ”
