”Staff was amazing; super friendly, no matter time of day they greeted you with a smile and always said hello. Breakfast was awesome every morning and the service staff was on top of cleaning and checking to make sure everything was ok. By far the overall nicest stay i have had in a long time!! Thank you!”

”Once you are able to park and actually get in, the hotel is outstanding. I’ll get to that later. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A small refrigerator and microwave are in the room. We had a street facing room and it was quiet. The problem is parking and getting in. Parking is a relatively short walk away but you have to register online to park with the city. We should have been told exactly how to do that. It was easy to do, but instructions ahead of time...

”My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. Basic amenities, mini fridge in the room but a clean room. Staff were nice. Microwave, filtered water, tea, hot cocoa packets available all day on the 1st floor in the reception area. I saw a small gym with 2-3 treadmills that I didn't utilized. Wide elevators. Breakfast was included (cereal, bagels, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, alternating days- bacon...

”My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. ”

”Room was given away. I reaerved for two nights because we needed an earlier check in around 11am so willing was going to pay extra night for ability. Reached out to hotel twice, first thime responded no problem, second time i didnt hear anything but didnt think it woild be a concern. ”

”The staff is very courteous and accommodating to me. I have a very bad back and travel with an ice pack that they put in their freezer for me every day. My only recommendation is that they may perhaps wish to replace their hallway carpeting for it is becoming rather worn, but is otherwise quite clean.”

”Hotel was nice but the air in the room was so dry which made it hard to breathe..i mentioned that at the front desk during checkout and rhe clerk just said "i know"..no apologies or anything..also the hotel was full of loud kids there for some bowling event”

”The bedroom was not cleaned. Next to the bed on the floor was a spoon, a playing card, a used bandage, and coffee cup lid. There was hair in the tub. It just was not cleaned well at all. I talked to the front desk people and they apologized, but that was it. The breakfast was okay but they ran out of plates and no one filled them for a while so people had to wait. The front lobby has some games for families to play, so that was nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. ”
