This two-story home has 2 parking spaces right at the front door; big enough to park larger vehicles such as Rv, boats, etc. Additional guest parking by the community pool which is nearby and ready for you to jump in. Along with an community tennis court for you to enjoy as well as a lovely deep water dock to frequent.

When you enter the home, to the left you will find a fully stocked kitchen which over sees the dining area and a spacious living room which offers comfortable seating and a large flatscreen television. The living room then leads to the patio through a sliding glass door. You will find a half bathroom on this floor.

Your trip up the stairs delivers you directly to a full bathroom. On this floor you will find the laundry room with a fully equipped washer and dryer. The master bedroom which has a cozy king size bed, a flatscreen TV, spacious closet, and a deck balcony screened off from the room overlooking the lawn; perfect for morning coffee.
