”There is no elevator to the 2nd which would've been nice to know since we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up. If it was readily available information, we could've requested a 1st floor room. This is the only reason for an overall rating of 4 stars. Otherwise this was a very nice place to stay and the breakfast on the morning was great.”

”This property was more than I expected. We had a lot of family and friends stay there for a wedding and everyone echoed how wonderful and clean the property was. The rooms were immaculate and the staff’s friendliness was always on target. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Fresh fruit was great! Parking was so easy. I will be returning and highly recommend staying here.”

”There was furniture everywhere in the hallway on the third floor, and the bed was not comfortable at all. After two nights, it wasn’t enough.”

”Die Unterkunft ist sehr alt, die Dusche in katastrophalem Zustand und dazu die Zimmer & auch allgemein alles nicht sauber. Wir hatten uns ein zweites Zimmer zeigen lassen, auch nicht sauber. Habe dann einen Staubsauger für unser Zimmer zum selber reinigen bekommen, da kein Housekeeping mehr vor Ort, selbst dieser war dreckig & hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, also kein Wunder warum die Zimmer so aussehen. Frühstück wurde auch mit alten Bageln & Obst serviert. Eine Unterkunft die man nicht buchen...

”Came to Concord for my husband's book signing of his latest book "Buried NH" and check in was super easy, friendly staff, and clean room. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Concord.”

”We stayed 3 nights. The room smelled of dirty feet the first time and as we entered repeatedly. Staff was very helpful first 2 days. Night desk female clerk on night 3 was bordering on rude and did not seem to be interested in customer service. Requested handicap accessible room when booked. Rm was right off lobby, 1st floor, great location. Thank you. However, NOT handicapped friendly. Not enough room to move the wheelchair between the beds or to window. Beds are too high for wheelchair...

”It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

”The hallways were filthy, never appeared to be vacuumed. There was also an Oder thru out the building, difficult to recognize. There was also an Oder in the room when we first checked in. Parking lot was full of sand and debris, not regularly cleaned. Satellite TV was just ok, not many options. Breakfast options were Good. Would like to see it cleaned up a bit for a return trip. Staff was Friendly.”
