”Friendly and attentive staff! We got into our room (which was clean and comfortable!) and heard the fire alarm battery was dying (chirp,chirp). Someone came up and fixed it no more than 10 min after we called the front. Thank you so much for that and for a great stay. ”

”When I arrived at my room, the door was open; I didn't think much of it at the time, but I soon realized there was a terrible smell of sewage inside. The exhaust fan didn't help, and a burning smell was coming from the air conditioner, so I had to turn it off. At 2:00 AM, a group of people was shouting loudly, and no one did anything about it. The hotel is in terrible condition; it is not worth $170 a night—it isn't even worth $60.”
