”Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

”Very nice property in Baltimore. We attended a concert at CFG arena with easy walking distance. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel, with nice rooms. Definitely recommend. ”

”First impression was checking in over the phone, the staff was rude and laughed at my questions about parking. Checking in, the guy at the desk was extremely grumpy and kind of a jerk. There's broken glass all around the property and needles in right outside the steps in the minimal brush by the main steps to the loby. The hotel had an awful smell in the rooms and loby reeks of cigarettes and marijuana (along with staff).The "dog area" also had broken glass and little square of fake grass in an...

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’d definitely stay here again!”
