”The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times.”

”It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”

”Wasn’t told by anyone that pool was out of order until we got there. The TV in the room was messed up and could only get a few channels and young attendant at desk said so he didn’t know how to use the remote, but she did change up the battery for it. another attendant later told us that somehow the channels got scrambled.but he did help us go watch an MLB baseball game since the lobby TV was working. The breakfast waffles tasted bad.”

”This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. ”The property was very clean! Staff was friendly, very professional and prompt. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Pool and gym were nice! Continental breakfast remained fully stocked until 9:30a.m. with a great selection of food items.”

”I’ve stayed here plenty of time in which the other times were okay. But this time the room was dirty and smelled like mold and there was a strong smell coming from the drain. Worst stay ever. I couldn’t even stay there and they had no other rooms to switch me to. I reserved it for 2 nights and didn’t stay either I went to a friends house in town. ”It was very nice and clean and quiet. However, none of the ice machines worked. It would have been nice if the staff would have let me know when I checked in so that I didn't have to check each floor to find out for myself. The breakfast was a little sad too. It might have been better advertised as continental and then be happily surprised.”

”I am leaving a one star review because this property charges a nightly amenities fee that is a separate charge from the room rate. According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. When I complained to Holiday Inn, they sent me the number for Expedia.
