The property is not private as the host’s Mother resides downstairs and there are curtains missing from the windows etc. Having read positive reviews by other guests we were excited to stay at this property, however, had to leave within 20 mins of arrival and check into hotel based on smell. "We arrived during reception hours and the plastic room key did not work, there were no towels in the room, the personnel did not speak anything else than French. I wonder how we would have coped with all that if we had arrived outside reception hours. Since there was a lot of noise during nighttime, I guess late arrivals had indeed problems with the automated check-in."
