”Stayed a night with our dog. The room was quite nice, carpet was outdated but I guess these are the rooms they reserve for people travelling with pets. Breakfast was ok and free. Very friendly staff!”

”I stayed several days. Room wasn't cleaned once. If I needed anything I had to get it myself. O the morning of the 14th Sunday morning 8:25am the breakfast area was very full of guests. There wasn't anything to eat and when asking the staff if they was putting anything else out to eat they stated No! as it states breakfast starts at 6am until 9am there was a lot of guests unhappy including myself”

”worst hotel i have stayed at they gave us a dirty room dirty towels in the room it smelt soooo bad and the staff were not helpfully or nice at all we got a new room but they made it a big deal they wouldn’t give us clean towels the other days because we were not at the hotel when they knocked on the door to clean they were just unbelievably rude and it felt very unsafe the hinge on top of the door for the second lock was broken so i felt like i had to barricade the door since it was filled with...

”The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

There was literally a wall right outside the window. Other than that it’s in a great location, the free breakfast is a great touch because most places don’t do free breakfast anymore. ”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”
