With a relaxing quiet location and convenient proximity to beaches, this 3BR/2 BA home is the Cape Cod escape you’ve been seeking. Santuit Pond nearby will give you access to trails. Mashpee Pond beach is less than 2 miles away and it has picnic areas and playgrounds. In the evenings, gather around for a barbeque and enjoy the firepit. Enjoy easy access to The Mashpee Commons as well as beaches on the Atlantic and Cape Cod Bay. Less than 2 miles from Mashpee Pond Beaches.

There is an office desk with a chair for those who need to work remotely.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets.
When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly on a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens in the master bedroom (second floor). Large windows deliver natural light and serene views of the surrounding beauty. This has a walk in closet, own bathroom and smart tv/cable.
The second bedroom (first floor) holds a queen-size bed with a smart tv/cable.
The third bedroom (first floor) includes two twin-size beds with a smart tv. The second and third bedroom would share the bathroom in the hallway.
A half bathroom provides additional convenience in the basement. The washer and dryer are also located in the basement.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The patio will be the focus for the BBQ. Prepare tasty meals on the gas grill and dine at the table for six. Enjoy smores around the firepit. There is a walking trail in the neighborhood that follows the pond.

Complimentary fast Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for four cars in the driveway.

THE LOCATION
The house is a few minutes walk to Santuit Pond where trails are located. The Mashpee pond beaches are within 5 minute drive - swimming, fishing, playground and picnic areas.
When you’re ready for a day on the ocean beach, drive 8 miles to Craigville Beach or South Cape Beach on the Nantucket Sound side and 9 miles to Sandy Neck on the Cape Cod Bay side.
Discover upscale shopping and dining at the Mashpee Commons, just 4 miles from home.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate being just 6 miles from the Mashpee Wildlife Refuge. Golfers will want to play 18 holes at the Sandwich Hollows Golf Club, 7 miles away.

Linens are provided as well as towels and beach towels but of course feel free to bring your own.

There are no pets allowed, and we require a 25 years old minimum of renter and refundable damage deposit of $500. The cleaning fee is $280.
