Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you pull up the driveway, you can imagine your self enjoying your morning coffee on the cute back deck, watching the kids run around in the large backyard playing tag.

Enter through the side door off of the driveway into a hallway that will lead you to the first floor bedroom with a double and twin bed on your left, bathroom on your right, and open kitchen/dining area straight ahead. Warm and inviting kitchen complete with all you will need to create memorable meals or simple snacks! The sun-filled and spacious kitchen offers countertop seating for four - the perfect spot to create a great meal for the family, all while the kids are playing a board game at the dining room table with seating for five.

The slider in the kitchen leads you out to the deck and large private rear yard with new patio. The perfect spot for relaxation and summertime cookouts and family gatherings on the outdoor furniture. Don't forget Fido - a dog is allowed and will love this fenced-in dog run attached to the deck with steps.

The central AC will keep you cool throughout the entire home. Enter the living room from the kitchen or dining room. Grab a seat on one of the couches or the comfy chair to enjoy your favorite show on the TV, curl up on the couch to read a beach book or start a family game for all to enjoy.

Head upstairs and find:
Bedroom #2 is the double bedroom with futon to the left.
Bedroom #3 is the queen bedroom to the right.
Bathroom #2 is straight ahead with a shower/tub combo.

Spend a day at in Mashpee Commons, dip your toes in the cool Atlantic or spend time in our many art galleries - however you spend your day will be happy to come home to the comfortable, family friendly Indra Cottage.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.
