Vietettyäsi viikon tässä kauniissa, hiljattain sisustetussa rannamökissä Maushop Vilagessa, askeleen päässä yksityisestä rannasta, et koskaan halua mennä kotiin eikä koskaan halua jäädä muualle Kapille.

Tämä hiljattain sisustettu 2 makuuhuoneen, 1. 5 kylpy mökki upealla merinäköalalla sekä alakerran terassilta että yläkerran Juliet -parvekkeelta on täysin varustettu mahtavaan rannalomaan. Kokoonpano on täydellinen perheille, joissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta samassa huoneessa, queen-vuode isäntässä ja kuningatar ulosvedettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Mökissä on langaton internetyhteys, uusi täystaulutelevisio 42 'HDTV, jossa on lisätelevisioita jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ei-toivottuihin sateisiin päiviin. Kahdella terassilla, joista toisessa on merinäköala, on runsaasti ulkotilaa grillaamiseen ja lasten leikkimiseen. Molemmissa terasseissa on ihanat, täyspöydät ja tuolit uudella Weber-BBQ: lla keittiön vieressä olevalle patiolle. Mökki sijaitsee myös suoraan nurmettuneelta kentältä, jossa lapset voivat pelata baseballia, kun aikuiset katsovat ja nauttivat lasillisen viiniä omalta terassiltaan.

Mökki on täysin sisustettu tänä talvena mukavilla huonekaluilla rannateeman mukaisesti. Lisäksi tämä mökki sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä kauniilta yksityiseltä rannalta Maushop-asukkaille ja vuokralaisille. Se on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Popponeset-torilta, jossa voit nauttia ilmaisista konserteista torstai - sunnuntai, juomia ja hummerirulleja kuuluisalla Raw Barilla, ostosmahdollisuuksia, jäätelöä ja minigolfia. Laajemman ruokailu- ja aktiviteettivalikoiman vuoksi mökki on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Mashpee Commonsista, jossa on lisää ostosmahdollisuuksia, ruokakauppoja, elokuvia, keilailu ja erilaisia ravintoloita. Se on puolen tunnin sisällä sekä Falmouthista että Hyannisista. Mökissä on yksi yksityinen pysäköintialue ja lisäpysäköintitiedot perheen ja vieraiden saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Viimeinkin, jotta voit nauttia täydellisestä viikonloppusta Kapilla, vuokrat kulkevat sunnuntaista sunnuntaihin, joten ei hajottaa viikonloppuhausiasi.

Tuo vain rantapyyhe, rantatuoli ja valmistaudu upeaan, rentouttavaan viikkoon, jossa heräät kauniille auringonnousulle valtameren yli ja nukaat aaltojen ääniin.

The property offers spectacular water views and is just a one-minute walk to a private beach—truly the highlight and the reason we chose to rent. It's also an easy 7-minute walk to the Popponesset Marketplace, shops, and Inn.The unit is equipped with most essentials for cooking, including dishes, pots, and pans, and also includes a convenient stackable washer/dryer. The host was communicative before our stay and responsive to questions during our visit.There are prior reviews from people that had issues with cleanliness -we did not. The bathroom vanity is a bit old and needs replacing --showing its wear and the cleaning service does not seem to wipe down the interior of that cabinet regularly. One issue we encountered was the lack of internet access. Although there was a router and we could connect using the provided password, there was no actual internet service—just a “no internet” message once we connected to the network router. The cable worked fine on the TV. We reached out to the host and this is one thing we couldn't solve. For people who want to unplug and be off line this is great! I could see this stressful for most people. Otherwise, we recommend this unit.

HI, We had a very nice time, loved the view from the patio! I will have to say that we were extremely disappointed with the WIFI! My husband had to work and was unable to ..connection was very very poor, if at all! Also, there was definitely an ant problem. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom so the sheets are clean. 1 more thing, there wasn't a blow dryer which I expected so didn't bring one . Thanks, Liz and JIm

Great location

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The owner was so helpful and communicative. We loved the location. We really appreciated the two minute walk to the beach and quick walk to the Poppy Market which we visited daily for morning coffees and dinner. The water views off the back patio were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Great location!

We loved staying at this townhouse. The setup and size worked out great for my family with two small kids. I loved sitting out and reading on the patio that overlooked the ocean. The location was amazing -just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed biking to dinner twice and enjoying all that the Marketplace has to offer. We hope to stay again someday!

the cottage is in good clean condition but we had other issues coffee pot outdated, air conditioning not cooling the all upstairs n downstairs no air condition at all, only fan down stairs n the grill was real dirty, other then that we were pretty satisfied

VERY RELAXING

Very quiet community. Beach was wonderful. Long stairs going down but we persevered. Not in any pictures or description. Comfortable beds which is very important. Everything we needed but could use some new coffee machines. Overall good experience and owner easily contacted.

Comfortable Convenient Beach Cottage

Our stay was wonderful, and we enjoyed perfect summer beach weather. Condo-style cottages. Main floor was flanked on either end with a patio w/table & 4 chairs. Open floor plan with soothing cross-breeze, fully-applianced eat-in kitchen (w/table for 4), 1/2 bath & living room w/seating for 4, TV w/xfinity service & several apps. Cape Cod beach/ocean theme throughout. Upstairs a stacked washer/dryer were smartly hidden and a full bath split 2 dormered BRs. 1 BR had a queen bed & the other had 2 twin beds, the wi-fi/internet router, and a 'portable' A/C unit that was able to keep the air cool but more importantly was effective in mitigating the oceanside humidity to allow for comfortable sleeping. A floor stand fan was available to share the cool air between bedrooms. Clothing storage was very limited. Each bedroom had an adjoining balcony but the balcony was inaccessible from the room with the AC because the exhaust ductwork was secured through the sliding door. The walk to the beach was very convenient (less than 300 steps from door to sand), but be prepared to navigate a solid staircase down the bluff w/ seating at the top and halfway down for those who might need a rest. The private beach was clean w/plenty of open sand & late July water was upper 70's. Market Square was a 1 mile walk/2min drive and offered great seafood, coffee/bakery, ice cream, pizza, candy, groceries, clothing/gifts & live music. Popponesset Inn also nearby offers upscale waterfront dining.

Renter Beware!!!!!

My husband and I rented this property for a summer get away. We were excited to spend a week on the Cape in the beautiful Mausop Village. We had rented another property here before and had a great experience until now. Upon arrival we were disappointed to find the condo dirty and grimey. The condo was not dusted, floors were not vacuumed there was dirt and grime on the tables,banisters,doors,celiling fans, baseboards and floors. The curtains were stained and moldy and there was dried up urine on the base of the toilets. I also found a medication on the bedspread, and after some research found that it was someone’s herpes medication! The host claims in her description that the property has air conditioning. What we got was a bunch of floor fans and a portable air conditioner that was useless, because the flexible hose was severely damaged. The hose was clearly duct taped back together by a previous renter or cleaner. We contacted the owner to let her know about it, and she said she didn’t know of the damage and would order a new hose immediately. Days went by, we were without air conditioning for 31/2 days and had to use the duct tape that was left on top of the refrigerator( how convenient!) to tape the hose back together and try to use it. The owner never followed up with us about it. I find that unacceptable, as the heat and humidity in the condo was unbearable making our stay even more uncomfortable.

Lovely location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely with everything we needed. We loved the location and the close proxsimity to the beach. The house was clean. The AC unit is broken and on the one hot night we could not use it due to the tube being broken. I wish the listing told us it is a town home not a complete house. Neighbors are very close.

wonderful beach house get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the best part being drinking our coffee out on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The warm breeze and beautiful scenery were so uplifting. The beach house was decorated lovely. We will be back.
