The reception staff are unprofessional , undertrained, Impolite and manipulators when I asked for 1 hour late check out considering I had to wait for my room after 4 PM the morning shift would ask you to come and ask the evening shift whom they gonna ask you to ask the night shift whom they gonna ask you to wake up early and come to the desk to ask the morning shift again...

The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience.
