”Someone entered our room in the middle of the night! They claimed to be housekeeping - it was midnight! We told staff when we checked out and they said a manager would call me. No one has called. I called on Tuesday to follow up and still haven’t heard from anyone. We were traveling with small kids who were super scared and had a hard time going back to sleep. The rest of our vacation they were kept referencing the 1 night at this hotel when someone came in. Thank goodness we had the security...

”There was no air conditioning. The room got up to 85 degrees. On the phone, the property manager was very accommodating we ended up switching our room four times. Just not something we wanted to spend our time doing, which was disappointing. Rooms were cool and clean, but hot. ”
