”Clean hotel. Rooms were basic, nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional. We didn't do the free breakfast but my observation was it was on par with most other hotels. Also, didn't use the pool but it seemed clean. On my own personal rant, the toilets were very low to the ground, lower than the side of the tub, so if that is an issue for you be forewarned. This is a pet peeve of mine. All in all I would say overpriced for what is offered.”

”The room was exactly as pictured very quaint and cute only complaint was the countertops and tops of the dressers had ring stains from cups and whatnot otherwise very clean. Pool area was small as was the pool so we didn't use it as just having a group of 4 other people in there made it feel crowded. Free coffee bar was nice. I recommend the banana split iced latte. YUM!! Front desk gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful.”

”We stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Mystic, CT for two nights and had a much better experience this time around. Thankfully, our room did not have the smoky smell we experienced during our previous stay, which made a big difference. We mainly chose this motel because of the price and the pool.
