”Horrible service. Room wasn’t cleaned. Asked 6 times throughout the day. They even sent a cleaning crew up who came to the door and told us they were cleaning our room next. We waited in the lobby and killed a chunk of the afternoon. It was raining so we were just trying to relax. Got back to the room and it was still not cleaned. The a man came by before we went to dinner to clean it. All he did was put sheets on the bed.
They told us since we booked through Expedia that they cannot refund me...
