”Wonderful few days at Ayres . This location was great for me and the staff was very kind ”

”Clean room, very comfy bed. ”

”It was pretty noisy. It sounded like a herd of elephants was above me. It was all night so I didn't get a good night of sleep. Spa prices are high. One hour massage is $150 plus they expect a 20% tip. ”

”Firstly, there was a nasty smell throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and the fridge did not work. The cabinets were falling apart. I go to the bathroom and the fan is hanging off the ceiling exposing above. I look in the shower and the curtain is stained with who knows what. Lastly I go to lay down on one of the beds and there’s hairs(not mine) on the sheets. If you have another option that isn’t here, go there.”

”Very honest people. Apparently, I left my credit card in the room by mistake and housekeeping, found it and turned it in. Someone then called me and let me know that my credit card was there and that it was gonna be kept safe and I want picked it up the next day.”

”The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. ”

”Clean room”

”We stayed only one night since we went to a concert at the verizon amphitheater. The room was nice&clean, airco was quiet and the breakfast buffet was great. The breakfast included fresh fruit, different cereals & yogurts, waffel station, different eggs, porridge etc. There is really nothing close to the hotel but you can drive 10min to a nice mall.”

”i just stayed for one evening & i was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming & accommodating the staff was. shout out to jonathan who was great! he was friendly & very professional. the rooms were clean & very quiet. great spot for a quick visit or a lengthier stay. will def stay again!~”

”Breakfast was mediocre , glass up and down the hall, AC was leaking the entire floor was wet had to change the room . There is a church inside the hotel .. enough said ”

”Dirty dishes in the oven when we arrived, tv didn’t work, smelled like marijuana”

”Dirty room, toilet didn’t flush, hair in sink, trash on floor, non smoking room smelled like smoke ”

”Amazing experience, this hotel has everything you need the staff was so amazing and helped me to get everything settled. The staff was very friendly. The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed. Thanks so the amazing experience, I’ll be there for my next trip. ”

”The rooms were very dated and had an odor I did not care for. I rented a room specifically for a jacuzzi tub but it was dirty upon arrival with what looked like ashes in the tub. I contacted the front desk about it and requested cleaning supplies to clean it myself because there were no comparable rooms available to switch me to & there was nobody available to clean the room. They didn’t even have any cleaning supplies. I had to wait until the next day for my tub to be cleaned despite paying...
