Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. ”We stayed here for our anniversary and so pleased we did. The staff was excellent, attentive and friendly. The breakfasts had great variety and were served promptly. The room and our balcony were great. I also loved the pool area and that it was a very walkable distance to all the main attractions in the area. Felt homey and peaceful.”
