One of the last open ranges in Texas, This off grid accommodation can be found on the privately owned Matagorda Peninsula Island just 7 miles from the dock in Port O'Conner.

The one bedroom/one bath house has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a separated toilet and shower configuration.

A large covered back porch offers awesome sunset views.

The house is only accessible by boat or private plane.
Guest access
Access Matagorda Bay from the back porch. Transportation to access the beach and the back lakes is provided .

Transportation to the island from Port O'Connor is provided for an additional fee upon request at time of booking.
Other things to note
For guests arriving by private plane please note the following:
• Paved Runway available. Runway length is 3000 feet.
• No control tower or hangar available.
