”The only issue I have is that the property asks you to write down your credit / debit card details on the registration card - it's ok to put it straight onto the PMS, but writing it down on a piece of paper goes against every single insurance policy the banks have. I've said this to them last year February - one-and-half years later, they still do it. This has stopped at hotels now over a decade ago. Get on with the times, it's time for an update.”
